Proceed to the office under the urgent care sign on the ground level.
From the South:
Take Freeway 5 North, exit at Encinitas
Blvd. Go East (turn Right) onto Encinitas
Blvd. Turn Left onto El Camino Real, then Right into the driveway at 477
N. El Camino Real.
